Permanent contract and a positive working environment. **Description:** ---------------- Empatif is recruiting an HR Technician to carry out the following responsibilities: * Posting and disseminating job openings; conducting candidate searches; and managing candidate databases under the guidance of the Senior Selection Technician. * Contacting the most suitable candidate sourcing channels according to the required profile, and liaising with relevant stakeholders: job portals, vocational training centers, professional associations, schools, associations, etc. * Conducting all necessary interviews and selection tests under the supervision of the Senior Selection Technician. * Recording selection processes in systems: candidate evaluations, tests, interviews, performance, etc. * Managing the labor section: Social Security procedures (registrations, cancellations), Red System management, Siltra system management; drafting employment contracts; processing company certificates and communicating them to SEPE; performing payroll calculations, preparation, review, and validation.
