




Your role will be essential for the growth of commercial teams. You will be responsible for attracting and selecting suitable candidates to become insurance advisors, guiding them through their entire onboarding process. You will play a key role in training, both in products and commercial methodologies as well as in the use of digital tools. Your task will be to energize daily activities, motivating and supporting your team to achieve and exceed their goals. Additionally, you will attend important visits and meetings, helping to consolidate professionals and turn your team into a sector reference. We are looking for someone with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience leading commercial teams. It is important that you have the ability to attract and select talent, possess a digital profile, and reside in the province where the vacancy is located. Communication, leadership, and negotiation skills will be highly valued.
