The Sales Coordinator will be a key pillar in ensuring smooth administrative and commercial operations, guaranteeing seamless communication between our customers, suppliers, and the parent company in Bayonne. **Main Function:** Ensure administrative and commercial follow-up of operations in Hegoalde: order and inventory management, support in prospecting activities, and coordination with the parent company. **Responsibilities:** \- *Sales Order Management:* * Enter customer orders into the management system. * Ensure delivery tracking and deadlines. * Issue and monitor invoicing. * Handle and respond to local customer inquiries. \- *Purchase Order Management:* * Manage supplier orders (entry, tracking, payment). * Monitor inventory levels and goods movements between warehouses. * Prepare shipping documents and process EMCS if required. * Ensure daily communication and coordination with the parent company. *\- Commercial Development:* * Support local sales prospecting (updating customer database, identifying potential clients). * Prospect national key accounts and large retail chains. \- *Overall Management:* * Participate in administrative follow-up: quotations, credit notes, payments, monthly reports. **Tools:** EBP – Excel Position type: Full-time, Permanent contract Work Location: On-site employment
