We are not looking for temporary staff; we seek a responsible person with experience and motivation to get involved. **The Position:** You will be a key person in the dining room, with real autonomy during night services. During certain shifts, you will work alone, serving up to 20 customers and closing the establishment efficiently and responsibly. Responsibilities: \*Customer service using a PDA. \*Dining room and bar service. \*Organization of tableware and glassware (washing cycle). \*Preparation for service and closing procedures (order, cleaning, and cash handling). \*Ensuring an excellent customer experience and maintaining the restaurant’s image. **Profile We Are Seeking** \*Proven experience in restaurants. \*Ability to manage service independently, calmly and efficiently. \*Responsible, autonomous, and solution-oriented individual. \*Friendly, courteous, and professional customer interaction. \*Organized, consistent, and positive attitude. \*Interest in a long-term stable project. **Working Hours and Days Off** \*Full-time position. \*Primarily night shifts: \*Friday and Saturday: split shift. **Economic Conditions** \*Category Level 2 under the Valencia Collective Agreement. \*Minimum gross annual salary: **18\.000** (12 monthly payments, overtime prorated — equivalent to **1500** gross per month). \*Probationary period: 2 months. \***Annual bonus** linked to the restaurant’s performance. \*Training.
