Job Summary: We are seeking CNC Lathe Operators for engineering and precision machining, responsible for commissioning, operating, and verifying parts according to drawings while maintaining an orderly workplace. Drawing interpretation and attention to detail We are looking for CNC Lathe Operators for an engineering and precision machining company in Leganés. Tasks will include CNC lathe commissioning and operation, loading programs, and preparing the machine. You will mount and secure workpieces and perform machining operations according to drawings. You will also verify dimensions using basic measuring tools and adjust simple parameters to ensure quality, always keeping the workplace clean and organized. An initial contract through a temporary employment agency (ETT) is offered, with potential transition to a permanent position. Shifts are rotating from Monday to Friday, covering mornings, afternoons, and nights. Remuneration is €12.37 gross per hour, amounting to approximately €1950 gross per month. What Are We Looking For? * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience operating CNC lathes. * Vocational training in Machining, Mechanical Production, or related fields (FPI/FPII) is desirable. * A responsible individual capable of drawing interpretation and attentive to detail. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to access the workplace. * Immediate availability to start.
