The objective of this thesis is to investigate and design an innovative architecture that enables real-time data sharing among organizations in an agile, secure manner with clear usage rules. You will face the challenge of connecting IoT, Cloud, and Big Data systems so they can communicate, negotiate conditions, and function as a whole under the principles of the ISO/IEC 20151 standard. Analyze how to incorporate service provisioning within this architecture. We live in an era where data is everything. Companies want to digitize and collaborate, but also protect their information and control how their data is used. This scenario offers a favorable environment to develop research work proposing new architectures and protocols capable of providing interoperability, discovery, and efficient use of data in federated contexts with immediacy requirements.
