We are a versatile, continuously growing team dedicated to delivering the best possible service to our customers. Our objective is to foster personal and professional growth within the department. We seek a dynamic individual who enjoys teamwork, is empathetic, organized, analytical, and deductive, with strong organizational skills and the ability to resolve incidents. ***Required:*** * Technical knowledge in microcomputing: Operating Systems, MS Office, Networks, Remote Connection. * Programming knowledge. * Incident resolution, organizational, analytical, and deductive capabilities. * Proactivity. * Languages: Spanish, Catalan, and English (spoken and written). ***Preferred:*** * Technical studies in computer science. * 1–2 years’ experience in a similar position. * Additional languages. ***We Offer:*** * Stable employment, permanent contract, and a positive work environment. * Immediate start. * Salary commensurate with the position and experience provided. * Full-time schedule. * Office located in central Barcelona and remote work options.
