You define us; you make SGS. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Technical Architect or Building Engineer** to join our team and lead Construction Execution Management for building projects. The selected candidate will initially serve as assistant to the Construction Execution Manager before assuming autonomous responsibilities. **Main Responsibilities:** **Technical Assistance:** * Preparation of technical reports. * Analysis of projects and technical documentation. * Quality control of completed works. * Management of budgets and construction schedules. * Coordination of work teams. * Resolution of on-site incidents. **Pathology Reports:** * Preparation of detailed technical reports. * Diagnosis of building pathologies. * Technical advisory services to clients. **Requirements** * Degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering. * Prior experience in preparing technical and pathology reports is desirable. * Solid knowledge of construction and safety regulations. * Proficiency in computer tools (AutoCAD, Presto, etc.). * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Initiative and autonomy, decision-making ability, organizational skills and methodology, flexibility and adaptability to change, communication skills and empathy. **Additional Information** **What Else Does SGS Offer You?** Opportunity to work for a sector-leading multinational.
