




Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Technician to operate, supervise, and evolve systems, ensuring the availability, performance, and continuity of the technological infrastructure. The selected candidate will actively participate in the **operation, supervision, and evolution of systems**, contributing to the correct availability, performance, and continuity of the service’s technological infrastructure. #### **️ Key Responsibilities** * Provide **technical supervision** and **second-level support** in corporate environments. * Participate in the **definition, implementation, and improvement** of systems and security strategies. * Act as the **technical liaison** with IT managers and other involved teams. * **Coordinate and supervise** junior technical staff, providing technical support and guidance. * Manage and resolve **complex incidents** related to workstations, email, and mobility. * Provide support for **corporate telephony** and perform advanced device configuration. * Perform **end-to-end ticket management**, ensuring proper traceability, escalation, and resolution in accordance with established procedures. #### **Minimum Requirements** * University degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent). * Proven experience in: * Administration and management of **Windows and Linux systems** in corporate environments. * Management of **directory and network services**, including Exchange, LDAP, and DNS. * Implementation and maintenance of **backup solutions** using Symantec. * Administration and support of the **user environment**, based on Microsoft 365 and Office 2021\. * **Security and access control**, via VPN (Cisco AnyConnect) and multi-factor authentication systems (Google Authenticator). #### **Personal Competencies** * Strong analytical ability and capacity to resolve complex technical problems. * Autonomy, accountability, and results orientation. * Organizational and time-management skills in high-volume incident environments. * Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement. * Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and coordinate with other departments. #### **What We Offer** * A stable project with a Public Administration client. * A dynamic professional environment with diverse projects that challenge and motivate you. * Opportunities for continuous training and professional development. * A competitive salary package, flexible working arrangements, and benefits tailored to your experience. * A team that values effective communication, innovation, and your growth within the company.
