**Description:** ---------------- ABD seeks to fill two positions for support in the management, development, and evaluation of social projects, with a duration of one year, linked to The tasks to be carried out would be the following: * Management, development, and evaluation of social projects * Collaboration in innovation, improvement, and funding search processes. * Participation in communication tasks with public administrations and collaborating entities. Task implementation will be progressive and conducted under supervision and monthly mentoring. The hired person will join the entity’s Technical Department. A one-year temporary contract is offered, full-time (38.5 hours per week), scheduled from Monday to Friday, mornings plus two afternoons (flexible daily schedule between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., to be agreed upon during the interview). Annual gross salary of approximately €23,667. Expected start date: February 2026 This contract is linked to the 2025 Grants for the execution of training contracts aimed at acquiring professional practice (SOC – Young People in Practice). Funded by the Public Employment Service of Catalonia and co-financed by 40% from the European Social Fund Plus. **Requirements:** --------------- University degree in Social Sciences (sociology, anthropology, political science, etc.), with specialization in any of the intervention areas (migration, gender, social exclusion, etc.) and/or evaluation being valued. Strong command of Catalan, Spanish, and English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in computer software packages and adaptability to various online platforms. Strong writing, textual and data analysis, and statistical tools skills. Experience in volunteering, project management, and/or work within a social-purpose organization will be valued. Commitment to activities aimed at reducing social inequality. Autonomous, organized, and solution-oriented individual with planning capacity.
