Job Summary: We are seeking a Social Educator for individual, group, and community-based educational intervention, documentation preparation, and interdisciplinary coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Educational intervention with children and youth in situations of social exclusion 2. Carrying out domestic tasks and daily living activities 3. Internal and external coordination with a focus on the service project **SOCIAL EDUCATOR** **For a CRAE operated by Fundació Resilis, located in Deltebre** **Main Duties:** * Act as an educational agent at individual, group, and/or community levels. * Carry out educational activities. * Prepare reports and documentation, plan activities, and conduct educational follow-up. * Carry out domestic tasks and daily living activities, ensuring their proper execution. * Coordinate interdisciplinary work both internally and externally. **Competency Profile:** * Act coherently with the service project and the organization’s mission. * Respect the dignity of children and adolescents, their families, and all individuals at the center, regardless of origin or culture. * Be objective and maintain appropriate professional distance, establishing positive affective bonds that support the personal growth of adolescents. * Ability to work individually and in groups. * Capacity for empathy to better understand others, and ability to provide immediate responses in unforeseen situations. * Manage crises and conflicts. * Be creative and capable of managing available resources. * Ability to work under pressure. * Commitment to continuous professional development. **Additional Requirements:** * Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education or official qualification * Additional specialized training in child and adolescent protection is desirable. * Prior experience working with children and youth in situations of social exclusion, preferably in CREI, CRAE, or Reception Centers. * Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan is recommended, as well as proficiency in standard office software. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. * In compliance with Article 13.5 of Organic Law 1/1996 on the Legal Protection of Minors, a valid Criminal Record Certificate for sexual offenses issued by the Central Registry is required prior to hiring. **What We Offer?** *Stable position at 50% of full-time hours* **Duration:** Indefinite contract **Schedule: Midday shift** * Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:00 PM to 7:15 PM * Two monthly REE meetings on Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM * Two 12-hour holiday days **Salary: €26,007.66 gross/year per Social Action Collective Agreement + allowances (full-time basis)** **Location:** Deltebre **Category:** Senior Technical Graduate **Start Date:** Immediate **Social Benefits:** At Fundació RESILIS, we care for our team just as much as we care for the people we serve.
