Main responsibilities include: – Direction and management of ICT development programs and projects. – Technical coordination of portal development and maintenance services. – Direct liaison with the client’s functional and technical leads. – Preparation of feasibility studies based on business requirements. – Risk management, planning, and milestone tracking. **Requirements:** --------------- Requirements: – Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent). – +5 years’ experience in IT project management or PMO. – Experience managing teams, risks, and high-level client relationships. – Minimum 6 years’ experience in technical portal management for Public Administration. Recent experience with: – Microsoft SharePoint (2016, 2019, and Online) – minimum 4 years. – Liferay DXP – minimum 18 months within the last 5 years. – Use of Jira or equivalent tool. – Knowledge of .NET, Java, web frontend, and database environments. – Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2). **We Offer:** -------------- Why choose us?
