Job Description Mission: Strengthen cross-functional management of strategic projects and technological roll-outs, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, proper application of management methodologies, and coordination among involved areas. This position will be key to guaranteeing the effective execution of critical initiatives from the Annual IT Plan and other corporate programs, leading the planning, implementation, and monitoring of ICT projects and services, while ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality. Responsibilities:* Manage end-to-end ICT projects: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. * Manage scope, schedule, and budget in accordance with PMP standards. * Manage risks and incidents, defining mitigation plans and performing timely escalations. * Coordinate the deployment of solutions and processes in new countries, business units, or functional areas, ensuring their proper local adoption. * Assemble ad hoc teams for each project, comprising personnel from other departments, corporate services, and/or external providers. * Ensure effective communication among stakeholders and teams throughout all project phases, reinforcing coordination and global alignment. * Guarantee document management and reporting: minutes, schedules, progress dashboards, and KPIs. * Ensure adoption and training related to roll-outs, coordinated with User Services & Adoption. * Ensure compliance with the ITIL methodology for changes (CAB) and transition to operations. * Promote continuous improvement by capturing and structuring lessons learned after each implementation. Candidate Requirements Education:* University degree in: Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics. Competencies:* Minimum 5 years’ experience managing complex ICT projects in corporate environments with international scope. * Organized, responsible, cooperative, and versatile profile, oriented toward problem-solving. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with multiple organizational areas. * Proactivity, agility, and adaptability. * Flexibility to operate effectively in dynamic and constantly evolving environments. * Motivation for continuous learning and innovation. * English language proficiency at B2 level.
