Responsibilities: We are seeking to hire a Team Leader in Buñol and surrounding areas, Valencia. Your main responsibilities will be: * Supervising operatives’ tasks during the assigned shift (8 operatives) * Resolving incidents identified with the client * Performing control records * Supporting operatives in assigned tasks * Direct communication with the client and the company * Managing personnel during the assigned shift * Proactive, solution-oriented, and accountable * Organizing the shift to assign tasks to different operatives Requirements: * Experience managing teams and in the industrial sector * Valid driver’s license * Full availability Offer: * Permanent contract * Full-time rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) ISS is committed to promoting diversity within the organization.
