




Job Summary: Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking a Project Manager to manage existing projects in Spain, ensuring compliance with contracts and technical/commercial objectives. We are looking for a **Project Manager** to join our team in Spain and manage existing projects, ensuring compliance with customer contracts and the technical and commercial objectives of each project. **This will be your role. What will you do?** * Ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. * Successfully manage customer relationships and all stakeholders. * Help define project scope and objectives, engaging all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/suppliers for correct project execution. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations. * Guarantee resource availability and allocation. * Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. * Report deviations from the project plan early to the customer, management, and project team. * Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. * Conduct risk management to minimize project risks. * Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. * Report and escalate to management as needed. * Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/suppliers. * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. **What are the requirements?** * Strong academic background, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Science. * Technical experience in security projects. * Excellent internal and customer-facing communication skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong organizational ability, including attention to detail and multitasking tools. * High level of English, both spoken and written. * Willingness to travel nationally.
