Our values—**Quality, Efficiency, and Commitment; Teamwork, Flexibility, Leadership, and Exemplary Conduct; Nonconformity and Customer Orientation**—guide every decision: we optimize resources, improve every process, and place the customer at the center—without losing the human touch that defines us. **Dulmatesa: growing with values, leading with commitment… and producing industrial pastries every day that reach millions of homes, with quality and at scale.** **Production Supervisor** ============================= **Main Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Organize personnel assigned to your shift. * Verify compliance with production schedules. * Resolve on-line incidents. * Coordinate with other departments. * Supervise correct implementation of procedures. * Receive and relay necessary information during shift handovers to ensure continuity of the production process and production planning, communicating effectively with incoming or outgoing Shift Supervisors so that all incidents affecting operations are properly transmitted. * Monitor control points (CP) and critical points (HACCP). * Comply with and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety and Quality regulations, identifying and correcting any behavior inconsistent with these regulations—regardless of whether it involves internal staff or subcontractors. * Promote and use PPE, setting an example in performing safe work practices. * Comply with and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hygiene policies. * Comply with and ensure compliance with all company policies applicable to your position. **Profile:** ----------- * Education related to the food industry or similar field. * Minimum demonstrable experience of **1 year in supervisory roles on the production floor**, with responsibilities similar to those described above. * Experience with **SAP** and Microsoft Office suite is desirable. * Organized, rigorous, proactive individual with strong communication skills. **What We Offer:** --------------------- Stable employment contract: we invest in long-term employment relationships. **Full-time rotating shifts (M-T-N)** **Compensation**: fixed salary + variable salary + allowances (night shift, holidays, Saturday, and Sunday).
