Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible production operator for the night shift, responsible for supervising and controlling production and assembly lines to ensure efficiency and quality. Initial training and temporary contract with possibility of continuation We are looking for a responsible individual to join the production team in Torelló, handling operations during the night shift. The primary role will be to supervise and control production and assembly lines, ensuring that the entire production process operates efficiently and meets quality standards. Daily tasks will include monitoring machinery operation, checking product quality to ensure compliance with specifications, and supplying materials to machines. It will also be essential to maintain a safe, orderly, and clean workplace, adhering to safety regulations. Previous experience in production and commitment to punctuality and responsibility will be valued. The candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, with good coordination skills and manual dexterity. A temporary contract with possibility of continuation and initial training is offered. Working hours will be fixed night shifts. Compulsory Secondary Education. Minimum 2 years’ prior experience as a production operator in industrial environments. Commitment to punctuality and responsibility. Ability to work in a team and manual dexterity. Residence in the Vic area or nearby commuter zones. Immediate availability for starting.
