Server and application operations and backup management. ### **Description** Izertis is currently looking for an N1 profile for a major company client. You will serve as the first level for detecting, resolving, and alerting any event that may impact the availability or performance of information systems, as well as timely execution of business batch processes. WHAT WILL YOU DO? * Business Process Monitoring: Monitor execution of business processes using the corporate scheduling tool. * Systems Monitoring: Perform monitoring tasks for applications and the technological platform. * Server and Application Operations: Execute server and application operational tasks. * Backup Operations: Follow defined procedures for performing backups, including labeling and loading media into backup units. * CPD Contingency Detection: Carry out established procedures for detecting and mitigating potential CPD contingencies (e.g., equipment failures, fires, floods, air conditioning failures, etc.). * CPD Access Log Maintenance: Maintain a log of unauthorized personnel access to the CPD in accordance with defined procedures and GDPR requirements. REQUIREMENTS: * 2 years’ experience in the described responsibilities. * Experience with Control-M and monitoring tools. * Availability to work 24x7 rotating shifts and 100% on-site. WHO ARE WE?
