Collaborate with diverse teams and external companies. **Job Description:** **Our Mission:** ---------------- Airbus DS Maintenance Programs Department main mission is to ensure the Airworthiness Authorities approval of the Scheduled Maintenance Requirements for A400M aircraft, A330 MRTT, C\-295/CN\-235/C\-212 aircrafts (transport, humanitarian and maritime patrol versions) and Aerostructures. This is done through the MRB process and the MSG\-3 methodology. We are in direct contact with Operators and Airworthiness Authorities as part of Maintenance Working Groups, were we present the MSG\-3 analyses that are the source data for the Maintenance Review Board Report – MRBR (the MRBR is part of the Instruction for Continued Airworthiness – ICA, required by FAR/CS 25\.1529 regulation in order to obtain the aircraft certification) **Your main activities:** ------------------------- * Analyse aircraft design changes/modifications and In\-Service engineering documentation (SB´s, OIT, AOT, ..) regarding the impact on the MSG\-3 analyses, MRBR and MPD. * Perform STRUCTURE MSG\-3 analyses in order to identify Scheduled Maintenance Requirements for the aircraft and aerostructures under our responsibility. You will also present these MSG\-3 analyses in front of operators and authorities (mainly EASA/CQC and INTA). * Support to structural fatigue requirements identification/selection. * Validation of scheduled maintenance task procedures. * Provide technical support to our customers related to scheduled maintenance requirements under our responsibility. * Collaborate with other department disciplines (Systems, Zonal, MPD) when required. * Provide inputs to Supportability/Maintainability and GSE Departments associated to the scheduled maintenance requirements defined. * Perform In\-service customer maintenance inspection reports analysis for schedule maintenance (intervals) optimization exercises. It may include witness in\-situ inspections. * Development of solutions and customization of Operator's Maintenance Programs. **Your Working Place:** ----------------------- You will join a young enthusiastic team, willing to share a great technical knowledge. Based on Getafe with some opportunities to travel to other Airbus and customer facilities. **Your competences:** --------------------- * Educated to engineering degree level, * Knowledge in aircraft maintenance is highly recommended, * Knowledge in aircraft STRUCTURE is highly recommended, * Good presentation skills, both oral and written, * Ability to cope with highly demanding environment, * Good co\-ordination and relational skills to deal with Customers, Suppliers and other Airbus Defence and Space departments, * Tenacious, adaptable and flexible, * Language Skills: negotiation level of English.
