You will collaborate with the Creative Producer on pre-production and production activities for projects within the department, assist the technical team, and support various internal processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Be responsible for collecting and documenting the department’s invoicing to monitor the budget and ensure proper tracking. * Support internal organizational tasks. * Assist the Creative Producer in the pre-production and production of creative campaigns. * Support the technical team during photo/video shoots. **Some of Your Day-to-Day Tasks** * Manage purchases and returns of props, styling items, and accessories. * Record department payments and invoices. * Review adherence to the department’s budget. * Monitor department inventory. **What Are We Looking For?** **Experience and Knowledge:** * We seek someone passionate about the audiovisual and creative world, with interest in growing within the department. **Skills, Tools, and Attitudes:** * Proficiency in Excel or similar tools. * A driver’s license is a plus!
