We are currently seeking a Labor Integration Technician for the Immigrant Reception Program and Observatory in Asturias (primarily Avilés, Gijón, and Oviedo). Responsibilities: * Planning, designing, and implementing activities aimed at vocational guidance: both individual and group-based. * Development of didactic materials and resources for vocational and training guidance. * Designing and delivering training modules / workshops for integration. * Preparation of reports and technical records. * Identification of Occupational/Professional Training programs; identification of available training opportunities; support and follow-up for beneficiaries accessing and participating in Occupational/Professional Training programs. * Identification of employment opportunities. * Intermediation and management of job offers. Offered: * Indefinite-term contract * Part-time schedule: 15 hours/week **Profile:** * Vocational training diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Labor Relations, or Human Resources. * Knowledge of international protection and immigration law. * Knowledge and/or experience working with migrant populations. * Knowledge and experience in developing labor integration and employment access programs. * Familiarity with employment-oriented training programs. * Computer skills: proficient use of Word and Excel. * Strong written communication skills. * Understanding of labor market trends and demands. * Knowledge of foreign languages (English, French, Arabic) will be valued. * Knowledge of the labor market will be valued. * Experience in job offer intermediation and management will be valued. * Possession of a Disability Certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher will be valued. **Competencies:** Analytical and problem-solving skills, Initiative and autonomy, Flexibility, Ability to lead initiatives, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication, Teamwork **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Part-time **Duration:** Indefinite **Salary:** Between €12,000 and €18,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Diploma **Minimum Experience:** At least 1 year **Start Date:** 30/04/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
