We are seeking a bilingual IT Manager (Spanish and French) with the following responsibilities: Actively contribute to the smooth operation of local information systems by ensuring up-to-date maintenance of various local tools, system infrastructures, networks and security, and software applications, with the aim of guaranteeing quality, productivity and security, acting as the liaison with central IT teams. Serve as the liaison with central IT teams in France (services, security) to report incidents, problems, escalatable requests, as well as planned projects and enhancements. In addition to supervision and team motivation: * Coordinate, manage and motivate department personnel. * Distribute workload—both in volume and schedule—within the department. * Lead, organize, plan and control departmental activities. * Planning, organization, management * Establish and monitor workload plans. * Negotiate departmental objectives and resources. * Oversee financial management (recurring and project-based), ensuring compliance with budgetary procedures. * Ensure alignment of projects and applications within the department’s scope of responsibility with those of other departments. * Establish and supervise performance dashboards. * Analyze and propose solutions to continuously improve departmental productivity. * Quality and Security: \- Lead the implementation of, and ensure compliance with, quality and security assurance procedures and methods for the information system. * Communication: \- Communicate with functional management of the entity. \- Communicate internally within the entity (e.g., corporate communications, IT developments, etc.). \*OTHER SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES: \*Management of the company’s general infrastructure: leasing, equipment, supplies, vendors.
