At **HOVIMA Hotels**, we are looking for **professional and committed receptionists** to deliver close, personalized, and high-quality service to our guests. **Your Mission** Be the first smile our customers see upon arrival and the support they need throughout their stay: * Handling **check-in / check-out** and reservation management. * Processing payments, upselling, and coordinating with other departments. * Resolving issues with empathy and professionalism. * Availability for **rotating shifts** (including night shifts when necessary). **Requirements** * Higher Vocational Training Diploma in **Tourist Accommodation Management** or equivalent. * **Fluent English and Spanish** (additional languages are an asset). * Proficiency in **hotel management software**. * Minimum **1 year** of experience in hotel front desk operations.
