Main Responsibilities: * Customer reception and assistance during the night shift. * Management of check-in and check-out procedures. * Telephone support and incident resolution. * Reservation management and other administrative tasks related to the position. * Basic overnight supervision of the hotel to ensure security and proper operation. Requirements: * Prior experience in hotel reception (preferred). * Knowledge of English is preferred. * Additional language skills will be viewed favorably. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and demonstrate responsibility. * Availability to work night shifts.
