




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and customer-oriented hotel receptionist to manage reservations, handle telephone inquiries, and resolve incidents. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive customer service and reservation management at hotel reception. 2. Agile complaint resolution and interdepartmental coordination. 3. Billing and collections management, ensuring smooth operations. We are looking for staff to work at the reception of a hotel in Cangas de Onís, Asturias. Main duties will include welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival and departure, managing reservations, and coordinating with other hotel departments. The role also involves handling telephone calls, managing emails, and providing information about hotel services and regional tourist attractions. Additionally, any complaints or issues that arise must be addressed promptly and effectively. The position also entails overseeing billing and collections, and ensuring seamless operation of the reception area. Previous experience in hotel reception or customer service roles is required. A medium-to-advanced level of English is mandatory; other languages are considered an asset. Proficiency with computer software and hotel management systems is necessary. Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and problem-solving ability are essential, as are a professional appearance, responsibility, and a proactive attitude. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are required to commute to the workplace. A permanent discontinuous full-time employment contract is offered, with availability for rotating shifts (morning and afternoon), and salary in accordance with the Hospitality and Tourism Collective Agreement.
