




Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented receptionist for 3* and 4* hotels in Barcelona, eager to work as part of a team and assist guests. Key Points: 1. Outgoing, proactive, customer- and service-oriented person 2. Check-in/out, billing, and guest assistance duties 3. Teamwork and interdepartmental coordination We are looking for an outgoing, proactive, flexible person with strong customer and service orientation, initiative, and enthusiasm to join our team at 3* and 4* hotels located in Barcelona. The selected candidate will perform the following duties: \- Guest check-in and check-out. \- Billing guests. \- Responding promptly to any guest requests and recording any incidents in the logbook of incidents and/or complaints. \- Ensuring/monitoring facility and guest security during night shifts. \- Performing administrative tasks assigned for the night shift. \- Teamwork. \- Coordination with other departments. \- Proficiency in office software. \- Knowledge of Sihot. \- English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.
