




Position Summary: We are seeking a support technician to resolve technical incidents, configure systems, and ensure an efficient digital experience for the team. Key Highlights: 1. Are you motivated by being the key element that brings peace of mind and agility to a team’s daily operations? **Why this position?** In this role, you will play an essential part: enabling all individuals at Grup Blasi to carry out their work smoothly by resolving technical incidents, facilitating solutions, and guaranteeing an efficient, secure, and uninterrupted digital experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Receive and manage technical support requests via the ticketing system, documenting them accurately. * Perform initial diagnostics of incidents and provide solutions (hardware, software, networks, email, printers, etc.). * Deliver technical support both remotely and on-site, depending on the needs of each incident. * Configure systems, install software, and provide support for connectivity issues and other technical matters. * Track all incidents, updating their status and informing end users about progress. * Ensure compliance with response times as defined by SLAs. * Provide training and guidance to end users on proper use of systems, applications, and information security. * Manage incidents affecting operational continuity, coordinating with other teams as required. * Identify opportunities to improve Help Desk processes and procedures. * Any other tasks necessary arising from departmental activities. **What We Offer:** * **Contract type**: Permanent intermittent contract. * **Working hours**: Full-time. * **Schedule:** + From Easter until November: Rotating shifts from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or from 4 p.m. to midnight, Monday through Sunday, with two days off per week. + From November until Easter: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. * **Salary**: €25,000–€27,000 annually, paid in 14 installments, pro-rated according to hours worked. * Benefits package: Includes private healthcare insurance (comprehensive coverage with no waiting period after one year at Grup Blasi), flexible compensation, daily buffet at a reduced price, open-house days, and much more. * Opportunities for training and professional growth.
