**Description:** ---------------- We are seeking to hire an **Electromechanical Technician** to strengthen the maintenance team at a leading industrial company in its sector, located in Legutiano (Álava). The selected candidate will join a specialized technical team responsible for the maintenance, improvement, and optimization of high-performance production machinery and facilities, ensuring process reliability and efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on automated production machinery (presses, robots, conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic systems). * Diagnose failures and carry out electromechanical repairs, minimizing downtime. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for production equipment and facilities. * Assist in the commissioning of new production lines and automated systems. * Record maintenance activities and report incidents using digital maintenance tools. * Collaborate with Production and Quality departments to ensure maximum equipment reliability. **What We Offer** * Permanent contract and job stability within a solid industrial environment. * Integration into an experienced, highly specialized technical team. * Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and occasionally night), Monday through Friday. * Annual gross salary between €28,000 and €35,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus applicable allowances. * 14 annual payments (12 monthly salaries + 2 extra payments in June and December). * Continuous training and professional development plan. * Applicable collective agreement: Álava Iron and Steel Industry Agreement. **Requirements:** --------------- * Higher Vocational Training Degree (or equivalent) in Industrial Mechatronics, Automation, or Electromechanical Maintenance. * Prior experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in automated production environments. * Ability to interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams. * Additional training or knowledge in PLCs and industrial robotics is desirable. * Proactive, responsible, solution-oriented individual with strong teamwork skills.
