Strong familiarity with Lean tools and the production process Eaton Automotive Systems is currently seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join the OpEx team in Bielsko-Biała. **What you’ll do:** ------------------- We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our OpEx team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify opportunities, provide methodological support, initiate, and mentor savings and continuous improvement projects within the plant. This person will also support knowledge development regarding EBS methods, tools, and standards across the plant. Key responsibilities: * Managing savings projects, including collaboration with other plants * Promoting new tools and work methodologies * Monitoring processes impacting plant savings * Maintaining and enhancing the EATON LEAN SYSTEM * Analyzing new production methods * Conducting Lean tool reviews and action plan assessments * Working in teams focused on improving quality and increasing production efficiency * Training employees and facilitating Lean workshops * Participating in audits, behavioral observations, and management system self-assessments **Qualifications:** ------------------- * Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing one; technical field preferred * 2–3 years of experience in a similar role * Experience in process digitalization would be a significant advantage **Skills:** ----------- * Strong familiarity with Lean tools * Strong familiarity with the production process * Excellent command of English * Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio * Openness to new technologies and ability to implement them in a production environment * Willingness to seek innovative digital solutions * Experience implementing organizational change Collaboration and communication skills, along with leadership potential for project teams * #LI-AO1 We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
