Main Responsibilities Meet with clients to understand their business processes (sales, accounting, inventory, procurement, HR, etc.). Create or adapt forms, views, and reports via the interface without programming. Identify the company’s needs, issues, and objectives. Define users, permissions, access rules, and workflows. Train end users on how to use the configured modules. Resolve user incidents or queries. Requirements Education in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
