We are seeking a **Computer Technician** with hardware repair skills and a passion for customer interaction. A **1-year contract** is offered, for **20 hours per week**. Official **online training** provided by the company. Salary of approximately **€850 gross** per month. **Afternoon shift**: Monday to Thursday from 17:30 to 20:30, and Friday from 9:30 to 14:00 – 17:30 to 20:30. **Location**: C. de Talamanca, 21, Alcalá de Henares. **MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS**: * Unemployment status (mandatory to sign the contract) * Beneficiary of the Youth Guarantee system. **Main responsibilities:** * Diagnosis and repair of computers, laptops, tablets, and printers. * Replacement and fine-tuning of components: hard drives, memory modules, motherboards, etc. * Installation and configuration of operating systems and software. * Customer service, providing friendly and solution-oriented support. * Technical advice: equipment recommendations, upgrades, and maintenance. REQUIREMENTS * Intermediate vocational qualification in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. * Experience in hardware repair (at least basic to intermediate level). * Knowledge of Windows, antivirus software, backup solutions, and office applications. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Ability to clearly and simply explain technical issues.
