If this resonates with you… keep reading. **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** ------------------------------- * You’ll support **incident management**, including logging incidents, tracking them, and coordinating their resolution with relevant teams. * You’ll collaborate on **refunds, replacements, and reshipments**, ensuring agile and efficient customer service. * You’ll keep **orders and related information updated** in our systems. * You’ll be responsible for **managing shipping labels** and associated documentation via carrier platforms. * You’ll provide **administrative support to the team**, assisting with documentation, databases, and task tracking. * You’ll serve as **direct support for the Customer Service department**. **What will make you thrive at Wild Balance?** ------------------------------------------ * Currently pursuing university or vocational studies in Administration, Logistics, Commerce, Marketing, or related fields. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Ability to communicate clearly, patiently, and enthusiastically—strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Interpersonal skills and willingness to assist customers with questions and issues. * Proficiency with computer tools, especially Excel. * Experience: Not mandatory, but prior experience in customer service, back-office, or commercial administration is valued. * Requirement: Residence in Valencia. * Mandatory eligibility to sign a training agreement with your educational institution. * Passion for the animal world.
