Talent acquisition management and projects **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Administrative Assistant to provide support in Selection (Recruitment process exclusively reserved for persons with disabilities) in Madrid. **Workplace** -------------------- * Community of Madrid **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Support in archiving and registering documentation related to temporary selection processes, scholarships, internships, as well as internal promotion and/or mobility processes * Support and review of data in selection processes, as well as for internal quality control * Maintenance, registration, and cleansing of databases * Telephone and email inquiry handling specific to the Unit * Support in talent acquisition management and projects * Other administrative support tasks within the Personnel Selection Management Department **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements must be substantiated by attaching the following documents, as applicable, in the “Annexes” section of the application (or during the process): * Official academic qualification or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Employment history record and/or employment contract verifying and certifying the required professional experience. * Internship annexes verifying and certifying the required academic experience, where applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Higher Vocational Training (FP II) or Higher-Level Vocational Training Cycle in the administrative field (qualification officially recognized in Spain or equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat of Universities), or academic and/or professional experience of at least 6 months as an administrative assistant. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Proficiency in Excel at user level. Must be demonstrated by passing a computer-based test. * Possession of a certified disability of 33% or higher, duly documented. * Functional capacity to perform the duties of the position. **Merit Criteria (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Additional Meritorious Factors** * Academic and/or professional experience of at least 3 months performing administrative tasks, such as: data entry, call and request management, telephone support, email inbox management, and database handling * Academic and/or professional experience of at least 3 months performing administrative tasks in Human Resources departments * Academic and/or professional experience of at least 3 months performing administrative tasks in selection departments, providing support such as information registration and documentation archiving in selection process management * Prior academic and/or professional experience as an administrative assistant in public sector companies * Proficiency in PeopleSoft at user level (to be verified during the technical interview) **Observations** ----------------- * Offered: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 12 months, with options for continuity or extension, if applicable. + Full-time working hours.
