Opportunity for professional development and a commercial focus DESCRIPTION An industrial company requires an **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** for its office in **BOIRO.** **OFFERED:** * Stable position. * Standard working hours from Monday to Friday (split shift): 09:00–13:00 and 14:00–18:00 (Winter schedule). * Career development plan. Initial contract for gaining professional experience, followed by subsequent progression. * Salary range established under the General Commerce Collective Agreement: **€19,485 gross/year.** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support for ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS related to machinery ORDERS, SPARE PARTS, workshop repair orders, etc. * Management of customer requests and incidents. * Inventory control, monitoring of rentals, quotations, etc. * Customer service.
