Support participatory diagnosis, guide methodological adaptation, facilitate Emotional Care Circles, and participate in final evaluation and systematisation. Provide technical rigour and sensitivity when working with elderly migrants, addressing processes of migratory grief, discrimination, identity, resilience, and emotional wellbeing. Responsibilities: * Welcoming and accompanying beneficiaries referred to this service; identifying needs, vulnerabilities, and risk factors; planning interventions. * Providing individualised and group psychosocial support to project beneficiaries. * Conducting systematisation and documentation of interventions. * Referring and coordinating with Mental Health, Psychiatry, or other specialised resources as needed. * Guiding ethical, diversity, and protection criteria during sample selection. * Analysing qualitative information jointly with territorial teams, identifying emotional patterns, subjective barriers, and resilience factors. * Leading conceptual validation of the project’s psychosocial methodology. * Adapting registration forms, emotional observation instruments, and qualitative evaluation criteria. * Ensuring integration of intersectional, intercultural, and gender perspectives into all tools. * Facilitating or supervising Restorative Circles, Emotional Care Circles, and Migrant Resilience Circles, promoting safe spaces for emotional expression and collective support. * Documenting emotional transformation processes through appropriate records. * Designing and applying pre- and post-intervention scales related to self-esteem, sense of belonging, and unwanted loneliness. * Contributing to cross-sectional analysis of testimonies, records, and group perceptions. * Supporting drafting of the technical report and the project’s Methodological Guide by contributing psychosocial criteria and recommendations for replicability. . **Profile:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (mandatory), with training in psychosocial intervention, human rights, ageing, migration, or trauma. * Two years’ experience in direct intervention, psychosocial support, or community work with migrants or other vulnerable groups. * Experience facilitating groups, providing emotional support, and using participatory methodologies; knowledge of migratory grief, community mental health, and inclusive ageing. * Demonstrable experience in projects or activities related to equal treatment, non-discrimination, or human rights. * Experience applying intercultural, gender, and intersectional approaches. * Ability to analyse qualitative information, prepare reports, and design technical tools; high intercultural sensitivity and a rights-based approach. * Prior participation in group processes: facilitation, animation, or intervention in social or community contexts. * Participation in participatory diagnostics or systematisation of experiences. * Additional training in the following areas will be valued: migration, cultural diversity and interculturality, prevention of discrimination and hate crimes, human rights and rights-based approaches, community mental health, migratory grief, and trauma. **What We Offer** * Working hours: 30 hours per week * Contract type: Temporary contract due to production-related circumstances. 9-month contract, renewable until 31/12/2026. * Schedule to be agreed with coordinator: Monday to Friday, 09:00–15:00 or 09:30–15:30. * Salary according to the applicable Collective Agreement: State Social Action and Intervention Agreement 2022–2024.
