Currently we are looking for a Labor Employment Prospector for the Vitoria area Offered: Sick leave replacement contract Full-time Responsibilities: Carry out labor market prospecting and analysis activities in the local area. Search for job offers and employment resources with companies and/or public administrations within the operational territory. Provide personalized and individualized advice and support according to company needs. Identify and develop professional profiles demanded by the business community in the intervention area. Act as intermediary with companies to manage job offers. Conduct follow-up actions and maintain achieved hires. Manage job pools. Build strategic alliances with companies and/or local administrations to enhance participants' employability, ensuring the highest possible number of job placements. Collaborate with companies to establish agreements facilitating training initiatives led by businesses, space sharing, etc. Design awareness-raising actions targeting businesses regarding the target group. Design and promote business events aimed at increasing familiarity with the intervention group and improving its hiring rate. Coordinate with the organization's employment technician regarding professional profiles of individuals participating in individual labor integration pathways. Plan, manage, and deliver pre-employment training activities according to program demands and participant needs, in coordination with the employment technician. Participate in an employment observatory analyzing current labor market conditions, trends, sectors generating workforce demand, most sought-after profiles and requirements from local companies, identification of new employment niches, etc. Represent the organization in networks, events, forums, and activities related to employment and entrepreneurship to expand the impact of employment programs. Knowledge of topics related to asylum, migration, business management, entrepreneurship, and social economy. Knowledge of international protection and immigration frameworks.
