We are seeking a person with strong aesthetic sensitivity to join our team. You will act as the liaison between the Visual & Interior Design department and external architects, suppliers, contractors, and construction teams, ensuring that the physical execution of stores and renovations aligns with eseOese’s aesthetic, functional, and commercial identity. Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Support the management of various renovation and new store construction projects. * Assist in the selection of finishes, materials, and furniture. * Collaborate in developing interior design and decoration proposals, ensuring strong coherence with the brand’s visual identity. * Produce graphic representations of interior spaces and technical documentation. * Supervise and coordinate work alongside local architects and other professionals involved in new store executions. * Work jointly with Design and Marketing teams to enhance the brand’s overall image and customer experience. * Select and manage relationships with specialized suppliers and collaborators. ### **Minimum Requirements** Your profile: * Degree in Interior Design or related field. * Additional training in Retail Design, Visual Design, or Project Management is valued. * Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D, 3ds Max, rendering software, and Excel. * Knowledge of materials, lighting, and construction systems. * 2–5 years of experience in retail, fashion, or renovation projects, including coordination with architecture studios, material selection, plan interpretation, and management of industrial suppliers. * Aesthetic vision aligned with the brand’s identity, organizational skills, and technical rigor. eseOese team: * Join a growing fashion brand. * Creative and dynamic environment. * Professional development opportunities. * Discounts on brand products.
