Empathy, responsibility, and communication skills are valued. We are seeking personnel to perform healthcare assistance tasks in Gijón (Asturias). Duties include providing personal hygiene care to patients, assisting with necessary mobilizations and postural changes, and supporting food intake. General support will also be provided to the nursing and auxiliary staff. It is essential to maintain cleanliness and order in residents' rooms. At least one year of prior experience in a similar position is required. Empathy, a strong sense of responsibility, and good communication skills with people are highly valued. The contract is temporary, initially lasting 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract. Working hours will be full-time. The work schedule will include night shifts (at least 15 days per month), alternating with morning and afternoon shifts. The gross monthly salary is €1,550, adjusted according to the number of nights worked. Worked holidays will also be compensated.
