**What You Can Expect** **:** We are looking to hire a "TIR Import Operations Officer" at our branch in Irún (Guipúzcoa), whose main responsibility will be managing international shipments for the client portfolio of the Irún branch. **Main Responsibilities:** ---------------------------------------- * Customer service for order pickup management. * Monitoring shipment status and departures to meet established deadlines in coordination with HUBs and designated partners. * Opening files for subsequent invoicing. * Shipment tracking. * Preparation and management of documentation. * Resolving traffic-related incidents. * Keeping customers informed about the status of their shipments. **Requirements:** --------------- * We are seeking an active, solution-oriented individual with the ability to work in a team. * Intermediate English level. * Knowledge of French and/or German is a plus. **What You Bring:** RHENUS OVERLAND SPAIN is an equal opportunity employer.
