REQUIREMENTS * University degree in Business Administration and Management, or dual degree in Business Administration and Law, Computer Engineering, or similar. * Minimum of 2 years of prior knowledge and experience in auditing firms. * Proficiency in Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint. * Spanish language proficiency. * Residence in San Sebastián or surrounding areas. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS * Master's degree or postgraduate course in Auditing. * Proficiency in specific audit management applications. * Advanced level of Basque and English. * Advanced Excel skills. * Proactivity, motivation, and collaborative attitude. * Teamwork ability and human resource management. * Capacity for learning. * High level of autonomy in performing duties, problem-solving, rigorous and responsible. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Own vehicle. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Participation in audit assignments, from planning phase through fieldwork execution (working papers) to issuance of the audit report. * Supervision of work performed by less experienced team members under their responsibility. * Review of working papers prepared by other auditors in cases of new engagements. * Direct communication and reporting to group auditors in consolidated annual financial statement audits. * Direct client interaction (requesting basic documentation, addressing issues identified during fieldwork, managing agreed deadlines, etc.). * Direct communication with the engagement partner, preparing key points for the partner, draft reports, and matters to discuss with the client. * Participation in projects related to justification accounts for regional, national, and/or community subsidies. * Active involvement in the training team, drafting news updates, circulars, and even delivering training sessions on accounting and/or auditing regulatory updates. CONDITIONS * Full-time position with flexible start time (07:30\-09:00\). Monday to Thursday: 07:30 to 13:30 and 14:30 to 17:00\.
