At GP DIGITAL, we seek a Project Manager with experience in IBM ecosystems and the ability to lead complex migration, automation, and technological modernization initiatives within large organizations. **Conditions** --------------- * **Work Modality: REMOTE** * **Location: SPAIN** — residency in Spanish territory is mandatory \>\> occasional on-site client visits **Responsibilities** ------------- * **Lead automation and technological transformation projects within IBM environments.** * **Coordinate infrastructure migrations**, applications, and document platforms. * Manage hybrid **cloud** initiatives based on IBM Cloud and Cloud Pak. * Oversee **Data Lake** and artificial intelligence projects using Watsonx.ai. * **Coordinate document automation and intelligent search projects.** * Manage technical teams and vendors in mission-critical projects. * Participate in application modernization projects for J2EE and WAS environments. * Define migration plans, risk assessments, roadmaps, and milestone tracking. REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory** ------------------ * **Experience as a Project Manager in automation and technological transformation projects.** * Experience in **IBM DB2 migration projects** from Solaris to Power Systems. * **Experience implementing data spaces (Data Lake)** using IBM Cloud, CP4D, and Watsonx.ai. * Experience in document search projects using IBM Watsonx Orchestrate, Watson Discovery, and Watson Assistant. * Experience in **public sector** projects involving IBM WAS environment migrations. * Experience containerizing J2EE applications on IBM Liberty using IBM BOB. * Experience in **process automation** using IBM CP4BA. * Experience in regulatory compliance/GDPR projects using IBM Guardium. * Experience in **data anonymization** using IBM Optim. * Experience **managing migrations** from IBM FileNet On\-Premise to IBM CP4BA. * Experience managing z/OS system migrations and upgrades. **Desirable** ------------ * Experience in quantum computing projects with IBM Quantum. * **PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications.** * Knowledge of OpenShift and hybrid cloud architectures. * Experience managing projects in the Public Administration. * Ability to liaise effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders. **What We Offer** ----------------- * **Competitive salary**, commensurate with experience * **Permanent contract** or option for a commercial contract * 22 working days of **vacation** * **Flexible compensation plan**: Health insurance, childcare vouchers, transportation vouchers * **Training** in Technology and Soft Skills * Referral program: €500 per recommended candidate who joins our team About us ... **Grupo Digital** We are an IT consultancy with a team of over 150 technology professionals.
