




Job Summary: We are seeking a Professor of Dining Room and Service to facilitate student learning and competency development in gastronomy, by designing course content and coordinating cafeteria services. You will work at an internationally recognized academic institution in gastronomy and innovation, as a Professor of Dining Room and Service within our Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences. Your main mission will be to facilitate student learning and competency development through workshops and courses, promoting their academic and personal growth in line with established objectives. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include... Designing and developing the academic content of the course. Supporting students in solving challenges and projects. Coordinating cafeteria services and ensuring their smooth operation. Monitoring attendance and tracking academic progress. WORKING HOURS: 09:00\-18:00 CONTRACT DURATION: 6 months (approximately) REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Level: Technician Functional Area: Tourism and Hospitality. You have at least 3 years of experience in dining room services at gastronomic restaurants. You have assumed responsibilities related to training others. REQUIRED EDUCATION: Level: University Degree Type: SERVICES. Gastronomic Sciences. Level: University Degree Type: SERVICES. Tourism and Hospitality. EDUCATION NOTES: You hold a university degree in Gastronomy or related fields. LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: Language notes: You have an intermediate level of Basque and English (B2 or higher). COMPUTER SKILLS: You are familiar with learning management tools such as Moodle. OTHER SKILLS: You are a communicative person, with ease in interacting and building relationships with others.
