Monitoring and ensuring proper product preservation. We are looking for an experienced cook whose responsibilities would include: \-Preparation of orders under the supervision of the head chef. \-Qualified, independent, and responsible preparation, garnishing, and presentation of dishes using the most appropriate techniques. \-Collaboration in ordering and preserving raw materials and kitchen products. \-Preparation, cooking, and presentation of culinary products. \-Inspection and monitoring of kitchen equipment, reporting any issues immediately. \-Monitoring and ensuring proper preservation and optimal utilization of assigned products. Mandatory: Communication skills. Desirable: Solid industry knowledge (wine lists, menu knowledge, protocols, etc.).
