We are looking for someone with experience in the biotechnology and life sciences sector, who understands how startups operate, business creation, and fundraising for launching a company within the life sciences field. Main responsibilities will be: **Business development and strategic partnerships** * Identify and engage early adopters, strategic customers, and industrial partners * Lead the development of strategic alliances, commercial collaborations, and potential licensing agreements. **Identify and contact investors** * Identify and establish contact with venture capital funds, business angels, accelerators, and strategic corporates. * Build a pitch and present the proposal to investors and events **Market analysis and commercial strategy** * Conduct a thorough analysis of the market and competitive landscape. * Define the commercial strategy, including pricing, business model, and potential internationalization plans. **What we offer** * You will join a highly qualified multidisciplinary team that will support you technically, commercially, and in business aspects. * Flexible work-life balance measures. * Competitive compensation based on experience and role. * PhD or Master’s degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, or related fields.
