Job Summary: We are seeking a sociable and responsible restaurant waiter/waitress to join our team, managing customer service, restaurant organization, and service delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for career development within the company ALDA Hotel Group, a Galician-origin chain currently operating over 90 hotels across northern Spain, is looking for a sociable and responsible restaurant waiter/waitress to work at ALDA Sada Marina and ALDA Cabanas Playa — two of our hotels located in Sada and Cabanas. **Main responsibilities include:** * Supplier coordination: Receiving suppliers and daily required goods, as well as communicating with the supervisor regarding all items needing replenishment. * Dining room setup: Arranging tables and chairs within the restaurant space, dressing tables, and placing cutlery, glassware, and décor — i.e., all items necessary for restaurant operations. * Reservation management: Taking and recording customer reservations. * Providing information on beverages, food, etc.; presenting the menu and offering suggestions beyond the menu. * Stock replenishment: Restocking mise en place to ensure full readiness for the following day. * Cleaning: Maintaining cleanliness during service and upon its completion. * Processing payments **Requirements:** * Immediate availability to start * Residence in Sada/Cabanas or surrounding areas * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle **Offered:** * Salary according to collective agreement * Opportunity for career development within the company * Fixed-term intermittent contract * 30-hour weekly work schedule * Rotating shifts covering breakfast, lunch, and dinner services At Alda Hotels, we promote a culture grounded in equal opportunity, diversity, and inclusion.
