Position Summary: We are seeking an International Sustainability and Carbon Certification Auditor to lead the scheme as Technical and Business Development Manager, auditing sustainability-related schemes. We are currently seeking an International Sustainability and Carbon Certification Auditor who will be responsible for auditing sustainability-related schemes and services, as well as leading the scheme as Technical Manager and Business Developer. Responsibilities: * Lead the Technical and Business Development Responsibility within the ISCC scheme. * Conduct ISCC / Carbon / Sustainability / and other management system audits, as well as prepare reports in accordance with standard procedures and regulatory requirements, aligned with client requirements or internationally recognized standards. * Prepare audit reports accurately and promptly, complying with organizational and sector-specific requirements. * Perform technical reviews for specific schemes through ISCC / Carbon certification. * Update relevant regulatory requirements and corresponding reports. * Maintain compliance with accreditation requirements. * Support business development activities through customer references and collaborative work to ensure smooth project execution. Competencies / Qualifications: * Proven experience in a similar role. * University degree in Sciences, Engineering, Energy Management, Sustainability, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of industrial experience (minimum 2 years in a related sector). * Knowledge of ISO 14001 and/or ISO 50001 standards (desirable but not mandatory). * Comprehensive knowledge of sustainability, carbon accounting, supply chain traceability, and energy efficiency principles. * Familiarity with ISCC system requirements, including ISCC EU and ISCC PLUS schemes (desirable but not mandatory). * Training and certification as an auditor / lead auditor for ISO 14001 and/or ISO 50001 (desirable but not mandatory). * Excellent report writing and communication skills in English (additional languages are valued). * Proficiency in Excel (mandatory). * Valid driver’s license (mandatory). * High ethical standards and commitment to impartiality and transparency. * Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and certification bodies. * Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and travel as required for audits. * Adaptable individual with interest in staying updated on evolving sustainability standards and best practices. * Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
