Apply—and let’s build culture together. **REQUIREMENTS** * University degree in Engineering with specialization in Organization or LADE (Business Administration and Management). * Training in operations management and process improvement will be valued. * Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams, with projects and/or processes in artisanal, cultural, and/or heritage environments. * Demonstrated experience in process and operations control functions will be valued. * Critical overview of the whole, with ambition to achieve excellence in working methods. * Sensitivity toward culture, heritage, and artisanal work, and ability to adapt to dynamic environments and unique projects. * Intermediate-to-advanced office software skills. * Mandatory: Basque language proficiency; advanced English; intermediate French.
