Do you want to join our Vibra Team of over 1,500 employees? **Your responsibilities will include:** * Leading hotel opening and closing procedures. * Daily management of the hotel and its staff. * Coordinating and supervising all hotel departments to ensure optimal operation. * Leading hotel staff teams, overseeing personnel policies and compliance with current regulations. * Ensuring achievement of established objectives, both in terms of results and adherence to hotel quality standards. * Supervising and managing team performance to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of services offered. * Adhering to the hotel’s budget. * Collaborating with the Human Resources team in staff recruitment and training. **Requirements:** --------------- * 3–5 years’ experience as a Hotel Director; experience in seasonal hotels is highly valued. * Degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hotel Management or related field. * Experience launching new projects and openings is desirable. * Quality and procedural management. * Budgetary control. * Knowledge of Online Reputation. * Leadership of multicultural teams. * Capacity for continuous learning. * Results- and objective-oriented mindset. * Initiative and proactivity.
