The role focuses on the comprehensive management of materials and supporting production processes within a chemical environment. Key responsibilities include loading, unloading, positioning, and supplying raw materials and finished products, using material handling equipment—such as forklifts—safely. This position is critical to maintaining the internal supply chain’s fluidity, ensuring materials are available at the right place and time for manufacturing lines. Additionally, direct support is provided to production operations as needed, collaborating with other teams to meet daily objectives. Basic calculations related to component dosing, weighing, inventory control, and verification of production data are required, implying meticulous and precise work. A specific task involves conducting expansion tests and small-scale fire tests—activities contributing to product quality and safety control. The position demands strict adherence to all industrial safety standards and plant protocols, promoting a safe working environment for everyone. Teamwork capability, effective communication, and adaptability to variable production demands are fundamental to success in this role. In summary, this function combines logistical, operational, and quality-control tasks, serving as an essential pillar for the facility’s operational efficiency. The offered contract is temporary and for replacement purposes, intended to cover a long-term absence. Salary is set according to the current collective agreement for the Chemical Industry. Working hours are full-time: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00, and Fridays with a compressed schedule from 08:00 to 14:00. A valid forklift operator license and demonstrable, fluent forklift operation experience in industrial environments are required. Attention to detail, proactivity, rigor in complying with safety regulations, and a strong team spirit are essential. Immediate availability for onboarding is valued. Minimum required education is Compulsory Secondary Education. At least one year of relevant experience in similar environments is required.
