Responsibilities: * **Customer Service:** Provide friendly and professional service to guests, both in person and over the phone, ensuring their satisfaction and comfort. * **Check-ins and Check-outs:** Efficiently carry out check-in and check-out procedures, guaranteeing proper room assignments and accurate information recording. * **Rate Modifications:** Adjust and update rates on various OTA (Online Travel Agencies) platforms according to hotel policies. * **Reservation Management:** Handle and coordinate room reservations, both individual and group bookings, ensuring availability and occupancy control. * **Billing:** Process and issue invoices for rooms and meeting rooms, verifying accuracy of charges and transactions. * **Daily Closing:** Perform daily closing of hotel activities, including account reconciliation and preparation of reports. * **Cash Register Audit:** Conduct cash register audits, controlling and recording income and ensuring fund consistency. * **Email Management:** Monitor and manage the hotel's email inbox, responding promptly and professionally. * **Charge Supervision:** Review and ensure correct allocation of charges to rooms and meeting rooms, preventing discrepancies and errors.
